  1. Very disappointed with the service.
    Firstly can’t access metrozip account here.
    Secondly customer call centre service is very annoying. They even don’t take call even after 8 minutes of waiting for executives.

  3. The cost of ride is doubled as compared to what Metrozip had!!! This is literally disgusting… Metrozip was anyway charging more than other providers. But now Zipgo will charge even more… Bulls**t logic for horrendous service..

      1. First of all existing customers of metrizip are contractually entitled to receive service for number of days they have paid. On expiry of Metrizip passes only new rules or tariffs to kick in. You people can’t suddenly come in between and impose your tariffs halfway. On expiry of existing passes, we will decide whether to go with Gozip or Not

  4. Daily booking is an headache….Can you explore monthly pattern for regular commuters. It is highly inconvinient….

  5. Too costly as much 2.5 times of metrozip and no monthly pass option. I guess this service will run out of business in a months time.

    1. We’re offering a Pay-Per-Ride option, where you can book only when you wish to travel. This will allow you to save money when you won’t be traveling. You can save more by subscribing the ₹99 Silver Pass (from Passes section) and avail flat 20% off on all your rides for 30 calendar days.

  6. I have taken silver pack , the silver pack costs me around 20% off for every ride . According to this my rate per ride is 55₹ . Also I regularly use metrozip service for all 30 days with pickup and drop . It will cost be around 110₹ per day . And 110₹ ifor 30 days is 3300₹ which is twice compared to previous rates .
    Also need to pay extra for subscription of silver pack . This is not fair at all . Major disappointment.

    – cost is doubbled compare to metrozip – after using the silver passess also cost is too much..
    As an employee we have to go office everyday. In rare situation only we will not go to the office and according to your per pay ride is not beneficial for us that much.

  9. Can we book rides in advance ? ie Do I have to book a ride just one day before or I can book prior ? eg. I want to book for Tuesday, so when can i book the ticket ?

    I am facing issue with the app. I downloaded the app from Appstore and when I click on the view routes shown on the suggested , the app crashes.

    If I try login to the zipgo from my laptop, nothing happens after I enter my email id and pwd. Can’t I book from laptop/desktop and only book via mobile app ?

  10. My feedback –
    1) The transition to zipgo was pàthetic. No communication was sent out that we need to book the rides on new app. I was under the assumption that the old bookings would stay
    2) The rates have doubled. I was already thinking to use car pool, which costs the same and travelling time will be reduced significantly.
    3) Booking ride everyday is not possible. It seems that I need to book tatkal ticket every day I plan to go to office. I may or.may not be successful. I will have to schedule client meeting if I am able to successfully book my ride.

  12. Very much disappointed with the price, in metro zip we use to pay 79 to 80 for to and fro and now we are paying that for single ride. 🙁

  14. I am a metrozip user. Issues I am facing in zipgo
    1. No monthly pass option. Daily booking is waste of precious time and energy.
    2. Daily rides rate has been increased to more than double which has been unaffordable. 22×160 = 3520. earlier i had to pay less than half of the above amount.
    3. My pass validity in metrozip was till 24. With your rates i will be able to avail only a day return trip with the amount credited from metrozip. Ethically & contractually you should provide me amount equivalent to 8 rides as i could avail 8 rides in metrozip till the expiry of my pass.
    4. Tried reaching your customer care which is not reachable. That means nothing is changed except the rates :).

    Suggestions
    If you want to stay in the market please look at the rates and compare them with Metrozip , shuttl and provide monthly pass option with the daily one else only Tata employees will use your service as they are getting it reimbursed from their company.

      Firstly, we’re offering a pay-per-ride option, wherein you book your rides only when you need to travel. This model is light on the pocket upfront and doesn’t ask you for a monthly commitment of money. It also saves you the amount you would have spent (~15-20%) on the Unused rides (rides that are paid for; but not availed).
      To further accommodate changes in travel plans, we have a flexible cancellation policy. Wherein, we don’t charge any fee for cancellation of your booking up to 2 hrs of your pickup time.

      Secondly, to further lower your fares, we’re giving away up to 15% extra credits on each wallet recharge. These credits are valid for a month and are fully redeemable in all your future rides. A welcome bonus of Rs 300 is also credited to your account to compensate for the transition inconvenience.

      Thirdly, to help frequent users, we’ve introduced open-for-all Subscription Packs. These packs, once subscribed for a small fee (Rs.99-299), provides a flat discount (20-30%) on every ride you undertake for a validity of 30-90 days. All of these benefits can be availed through the ZipGo app.

      To further improve your commuting experience, we have built a mobile app friendly bus tracking system, provide round the clock customer support and have an instant refund policy to save your time.

      To summarize, after factoring in the above points, we feel our prices are very much similar to what you’ve been paying in metro-zip. Just a few bucks here and there. Please let us know if you feel otherwise.
