How It Really Works?

When a friend signs up with your invite code we are delighted! And we celebrate by giving them discounts or free rides for a week as Bonus.

As they complete the first ride, you will get up to 300 Credits immediately plus extra credits. (every time you unlock a new tier) . You get 1 to 2 months to spend these credits or shall we say – save more money!

Term & Conditions:

1. No two offers can be clubbed.
2. All credits awarded by ZipGo expire as per stimulated timeline was given. an extension is not applicable
3. On each referral, 300 credits will be credit in user’s wallet Automatically.
4. After reaching the tier, each user will get the balance credits into the wallet within 2 business days.
5. Credits awarded are non-refundable or non-transferable into bank accounts or digital wallets.

    First thank you so much for the wonderful service. We really require some good condition and we’ll maintained transport system to commute daily to work place. Glad someone came up and I think you guys will live upto the expectations in terms of maintenance of the vehicles and providing service.
    One query I got up is will the referral points be credited to my account once my friends install the app or after he finishes his/her first ride.

  5. My account is credited with 1500 zipgo credits on 16th of April and they got expired on 21st April.
    But credits should expire after 1 month as per T&C. but they got expired in just 5 days.
    May i know what is the reason?

I was having 2787 zipgo credits and was having validity of 2-3 weeks more.I have referred my friends and have earned those credits,but all of those got expired once I have updated the app.Now 2787 became zero.l I feel I have been taken a ride by ZIPGO.Hope you guys look into it and upheld the confidence among the customers

  7. My zipgo credits have expired without any proir reason. The expiry date is in may 2018 but you removed my credits today.

  9. Can you please explain the below conditions

    “Standard cancellation fee (Rs. 29) is applicable on cancellation of the ride. This will be deducted from the real wallet money.”

    When is this applicable? For Instance, I have purchased Monthly pass and planned fixed timings on the route. I may be on leave and may not travel. Will there be cancellation fee. Is this applicable only when you book a ride and cancel it?
    Is there any time limit before which even if i cancel I am not charged cancellation fee?

    “As per fair usage policy, 3 consecutive no-shows (not boarded rides) will lead to suspension of pass”

    When will this be applicable? For instance, I have purchased monthly pass and booked a fixed route timings (Onward and return). I may be on leave for a week. Will it counted as no-show and pass gets terminated?? Please explain the applicability.

  12. i have referred approx 7 members and i have received 1500/- for that, but after next week i was try to book one ride , zipgo as removed all the credits. i wanted to know why they removed all the credits, so, i have called to the customer care, they said we r not responsible for that. I want to know why did u taken away my credits and even i can’t even invite other person.

  15. Hi there, I’m using this app for the first time. I was told from my friend that this app is really helpful in daily commuting wih great availability of services. Which is good news. I was referred with NALEENV, I would like to check do I get any free rides or amount as bonus for the first time login? Because, I don’t see any amount free rides available for me … Could you assist on this?

  16. Please don’t mention it as free rides for whole one week, make it as 5 rides for a week. Also update users immediately when any changes happened in terms and conditions. As I can see terms and conditions last updated on 10th April 2018. It’s create confusion to users.

  17. Hi team – I’m user of ZipGo for more than 1.5 yrs or so. We never got adequate & timely response from ZipGo customer care on any issues/feedback. For one of my current issue (feedback), Ticket No. 171165 is NOT yer resolved since 24th Apt’2018. And the Irony is that it’s complete mistake of ZipGo and it’s a harassment to me.

    It’s almost 1 month now. I did lot of follow-up and called so many time BUT it’s not adequate response & there has been no reply on this thread since 7th May’18. This is very bad on customer care part. However, I called myself on 22nd eve and Mr. Mandeep singh at-least listened my issues and assured me to get the resolution/response with-in 24 hrs and also assured that he will look it personally and said someone will call me, as I was looking for Manager to escalate it. It’s almost 2 days and NO response again and issue is NOT yer resolved. I’m planning to post a tweet to Mr. JK Sharma at-least for him to know about it. Why I should be harassed this way. This is giving really a very much bad feeling for a user like me. Anyone, feel free to call me at anytime and do escalate it to Manager, GM or VP or let me know their contact and I’ll try to do it from my side. Thanks So much!!
