How It Really Works?

When a friend signs up with your invite code we are delighted! And we celebrate by giving them discounts or free rides for a week as Bonus.

As they complete the first ride, you will get up to 300 Credits immediately plus extra credits. (every time you unlock a new tier) . You get 1 to 2 months to spend these credits or shall we say – save more money!

Terms & Conditions:

1. No two offers can be clubbed.
2. All credits awarded by ZipGo expire as per stimulated timeline was given. an extension is not applicable
3. On each referral, 300 credits will be credit in the user’s wallet Automatically.
4. After reaching the tier, each user will get the balance credits into the wallet within 2 business days.
5. Credits awarded are non-refundable or non-transferable into bank accounts or digital wallets.
6. Credits awarded will be in adherence to campaign active as on date of referral/registration, Check “Share & Earn” section on ZipGo App for city-specific offers.
7. New User will be awarded credits soon after registration in the app.
8. Existing user is awarded referral credits only after the referred user is identified as unique & completes their first ride.
9. ZipGo reserves the rights to amend its offers without prior notice to its users.

      1. Im planning to buy a monthly pass, while loading the wallet for 3500 i would get 500 credits with a validity of 30 days.
        When would I get to use them, if I cannot use it for buying pass!!
        both the pass and credits are valid for 30 days from recharge!

      1. I received a call but not satisfied with resolution. With compitetors lik kruz bus coming up you should not dissatisfy your customer. The only thing i asked for was a 1 week free rides which is given tp every new user and i never got. I dont want any explanation so dont call me.

  2. I’m not able to use my credit points for monthly pass booking. How can I spend those points and what is the use of those points if I’m not able spend it on my ride.?

      ZipGo credits offered under various promotional offers cannot be used to purchase a monthly pass and can be used for ZipGo rides only. Also note, ZipGo Credits earned will expire in 30 days from date of credit.

      1. If ZipGo credits can be used in single rides only then why I cant use them? You charge from my real money instead of charging from Zip Go Credits. You don’t even give me an option to select real money or credits. Is this credit system a Ponzi Scheme of yours where you show us that we get something but in reality we cannot use it?

        But while booking normal rides, there is no option to use credit points and it resulted in reducing my balance. How can we use our credit points for booking?

        1. As per our fair usage policy consumption of real money is a precondition to avail promotional credits. Nonetheless, to give you enough opportunity to spend credits are offered with a validity of 30 days (for details refer zipgo.in/page/terms-and-conditions clause no 23).

  3. I bought pass today got credit of 500. Pass validity 30 days for 50 rides. Monthly rides possible this month 46 rides or max 48 rides. 2 rides waste. Moreover credit earn can’t be spent as validity is 30 days. Simply fooling people around with credits which cannot be used. I already had book ride for tommorow prior buying pass which is also not consider. Other app like cityflo is playing fair game instead of fooling people around.
