Cancellation Policy

Your daily office commute can be unpredictable. Early appointments, long meetings, extra work can lead to unplanned changes.

We understand this!

Therefore, we have revamped our cancellation fee structure keeping you in mind.

  • Rs.O when booking is cancelled 2 hours before your pick-up time.
  • Rs.29 when booking is cancelled in last 2 hours of your pickup time.
  • Rs.O when the bus is delayed by 5 mins or more.
  • Rs.O for all evening rides. (Pick up time post 2 PM until 31st Aug)

      1. Hi team. One important requirement is also a rack at the top of seats for accommodating the office bags. Currently, the same is required to be adjusted in the congested seat space. Pls consider on priority…Thanks..!

  6. This good move. One more notice I wanted to bring near you. It was observed in intial stages you have given with low rates and now you have charged more and applied tax. Because of this rates people are shifting to other commute, which provides same less fare and provide same quality like your service.

  7. There should be provisions for wall self also so that we can keep our office bags and lunch boxes

    Since there is space issue in this tempo traveller, it becomes very difficult to keep bag and lunch boxes on our lap.

  8. Hi, it’s of no use as normally we book the tickets in morning only. It would be better if rescheduling option like Cityflo is providing can be started in ZipGo. Rescheduling trip will give more customers

  9. I don’t think higher capacity buses are suitable specifically considering the current traffic situation. Small buses are easy to maneuver and therefore suitable for these travels. I do agree with others that small buses have congested sitting arrangements causing discomfort but it’s tolerable.

  11. Its a good thing to bring changes in cancellation policy, hepls us a lot. Thanks. Two suggestions: One:Seat nos should be alloted at the time of booking and ladies should be given preference for first two rows at least. Sometimes men occupy front rwo seats even knowing it well that its for ladies. Two: Cancellation owing to disturbances should be informed at least an hour before and 15 mins prior to pick up time. It will help to make alternate arrangements for commuters.

  12. The shuttle i took today morning was 15 minutes late. When i tried cancelling the app showed that i will be charged 29 Rs. Not sure if the policy is rolled out yet.

  13. This is a welcome move. Please also reinstate the 7:54 a.m. Bus from Vashi. I bought a Silver pass only because that bus was available. Any other bus after that time, leaves me late at work. The pass will not get utilised in 30 days.

    1. In an effort to maintain the quality of our service, we enforce our driver partners to get their buses diagnosed regularly for wear & tear. Sometimes, the repair and maintenance work takes more time than anticipated. Therefore, we remove the bus on a temporary basis. We do understand it can cause a disruption to your daily schedule, and regret the inconvenience caused.

      1. Thanks for your response but my problem is unsolved. The 8:08 am bus is RAC whenever we check it and gets me to work late.
        How do you plan to compensate me for the loss, as I won’t be able to utilise the pass within 30 days of booking.

  14. You are not following your cancellation policy.
    I had cancelled my bus after more than 5 minutes of late arrival, but you still levied cancellation charges.
    You’re falsely claiming to have improved the services, but on the contrary, services has been deteriorating.

    I want refund of my cancellation charges.

  17. What if you cancel the ride and put the customer in another bus which was after 20 minutes…..

    Today you guys cancelled 745am bus from kasarvadavali to Windsor and put me in 805am bus, which I have to cancelled because I have to reach office before 930am.

    But when I cancelled you charge me panelty, why?

    Can you explain.

      We might charge a nominal fee for cancellations. It ensures that users who do not wish to travel cancel well in advance vacating seats for co-travelers. Additionally it minimizes the loss incurred by our driver partners. Further, we have taken this up with our team.
