Refund Policy

ZipGo boasts a very high on-time performance, with vehicles that are fit-to-ply. But sometimes, we too face difficulties which are beyond our control, where unexpected events like on-road traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown, network disruption may lead to delay or cancellation of your booking by ZipGo.

We have your back!

As a token of apology, we will refund in accordance to the following policy:

  • We will refund 100% of the fare amount, if cancellation happens 30 mins before pickup time
  • We will refund 150% of the fare amount, if cancellation happens in last 30 minutes of pickup time
  • We will refund 150% of the fare amount, if the vehicle breaks down mid-journey

Please write to us at care@zipgo.in and refunds will be credited to your ZipGo wallet within 48 hours of highlighting to us. In case you are eligible for 150% refund, 50% extra credits would be added to your virtual wallet, with a validity of 30 days.
